Dear Edgewood Families,
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you as we begin a new school year here at Edgewood Elementary. As the newly elected President of the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), I am honored to have the opportunity to serve alongside such a dedicated and passionate group of parents, teachers, staff, and administrators.
The PTO plays a vital role in enhancing the educational experience for our students and supporting our wonderful school community. Our mission is to create an environment where teachers can excel in their work, administrators can innovate, and most importantly, our students can thrive and reach their full potential.
Throughout the year, the PTO organizes various fundraising initiatives, family engagement events, and volunteer opportunities to support our school's needs. From traditional events like My Pals Day, Turkey Trot, and Talent Show, to our much-anticipated Spring Festival, there are countless ways for you to get involved and make a difference.
Our website, app, and social media platforms will serve as valuable resources to keep you informed about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support our school community. Whether you have a few hours to spare or are able to commit more time, there is a place for you in our PTO family. Your involvement, no matter how big or small, is truly appreciated and makes a significant impact on our school community. I encourage each and every one of you to join us in our mission to uphold the tradition of excellence at Edgewood Elementary. Together, we can make this school year one of growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences for our children.
