Dear Edgewood Families,

We are looking forward to an amazing 2023 - 2024 school year!

We hope that you will consider joining Edgewood’s Parent-Teacher 

Organization (PTO). Our mission is to promote an environment where teachers and administrators can do their best work and our students (our children!) can do their best learning. The PTO supports the Edgewood community through numerous fundraising and family involvement activities such as My Pals Day, Turkey Trot, Talent Show, and our largest event of the year, Spring Festival. It is our primary goal to fund classroom assistance (funds provided to each teacher at the beginning of the year for classroom needs) and grants to support Edgewood faculty and staff. 

We are excited to offer you the convenience of our website and app this year as well as Instagram and Facebook accounts. We utilize these platforms to keep our parents informed, connected and able to make purchases. Please register your student(s) on the PTO website www.edgewood-pto.org for the new school year. The website allows you to sign up to receive communications from the PTO, purchase school supplies and Edgewood gear, register for Edgewood events, and sign up for volunteer opportunities. We do not expect a huge time commitment from our PTO volunteers. An hour here and there can be a big help! We have positions and tasks to fit all schedules and interests. We promise that the time you give to Edgewood and the PTO will be worth your while. . .and fun! We encourage you to join the PTO and donate to the general/classroom assistance fund through the site. By joining the PTO, you can access the Edgewood online directory which is helpful when contacting other families.
